🎉 An important step for N.E.X.U.S.: Repeater 2 is in test operation

What Gerald is currently setting up here in Tenerife is more than a technical experiment. It is another building block of our first pilot project for our own decentralized communication network.

Many people do not yet know what this means: in the long run, our OneApp is not only intended to work via the normal internet. It is designed to also pass information from person to person via direct connections and our own Mesh network, and to build our own internet connection via Mesh hopping… Uncensorable, impossible to shut down, and our internet of the commons… as described in the Blueprint..

This is precisely why we need such repeaters. Put simply: they receive a signal and pass it on. This way, step by step, a network can emerge that is not entirely dependent on mobile network operators, large corporations, or a central platform.

And this is precisely where digital sovereignty begins in a very practical way.

This is still a test. But it is real, visible progress: Repeater 2 is running. The pilot network in Tenerife is growing.

A big thank you to Gerald and his team for the practical implementation. 💛

N.E.X.U.S. is not just being thought. It is being built.
